Deliveries to E.U. after Brexit

To ensure smooth importation of the goods you have ordered, we will only to ship to a business or your local agent (if you are a Yacht), please therefore complete the form at this link to allow us to collect the relevant details required (see further info on EORI at this link)

Post Brexit: due to the changes in regulations and until the picture becomes clearer we will be unable to ship / deliver goods to 'individuals' / Business to Consumer (B2C) instead we will only be able to ship/deliver on a Business to Business (B2B) basis to VAT registered businesses whom also have a EORI number. We do not offer  a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: Increases in border controls due to the COVID-19 pandemic in addition to additional customs measures since BREXIT may lead to delivery delays.

Information required in order to export from the UK to EU:

As of 1st January 2021, shipments to EU member states will be treated the same way as international shipments and therefore will have to clear customs. This means that a commercial invoice and other export documentation will be required for every shipment.

The items we will require from you:

  • EU VAT Number: In the country of clearance
  • EORI Number (Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number): Registered in the same country as the EU VAT Number

The items we will deal with:

  • Our UK VAT Number & EORI Number
  • Commercial Invoice: Used as a customs declaration. Describing the Country of Origin, goods and their value to help determine the customs duties to be paid.

Who pays the custom and duty charges:

A shipper is usually the one who pays shipping costs (this fee will be included in your invoice) while a receiver (you) pays duties and taxes. All orders made through us will not have the duties and taxes prepaid. This means that the receiver of the package (i.e. you) is liable to pay any applicable duty or taxes associated with it.
